Therapy. Riding. Opportunity. Trust
Committed and Determined
TROT Outreach is a charitable initiative dedicated to expanding access to therapeutic riding and equine experiences. TROT: Therapeutic Riding Opportunity + Trust provides individuals with opportunities to experience the healing power of horses, helping riders build trust, confidence, and connection in a supportive equine environment.
TROT is a therapeutic horseback riding program that supports neurodiverse individuals, including those with autism and other developmental or cognitive differences. It creates a safe and welcoming space where riders can connect with horses, become part of a barn community, and experience the benefits of equine therapy. Through these experiences, riders build trust, gain confidence, and develop important life skills, opening doors to opportunities they may not otherwise have.
The Heart Behind TROT:
Founded by Eloise Eisner, TROT was inspired by her lifelong passion for riding and her experience as a national-level, award-winning equestrian. Eloise discovered her love for horses at just 10 years old, and from that moment on, riding completely transformed her life. It gave her a sense of focus, confidence, and connection that continues to shape who she is today.
Now competing at a high national level, Eloise has experienced firsthand the powerful bond between horses and humans. Through her journey, she realized that not everyone has access to this kind of opportunity, especially neurodiverse individuals who can greatly benefit from the emotional and therapeutic impact of working with horses.
With a strong emphasis on community impact, Eloise founded TROT to share the power of horses while creating a space where every rider feels empowered, supported, and seen. Her goal is to open the barn doors to others, building a community rooted in trust, connection, and growth through equine therapy.
